After a long wait, the Pirates of the Caribbean revival has reportedly been given the green light. Creator Jerry Bruckheimer elaborated, “You don’t know, you don’t know” when asked about the future of the comic book Top Gun and POC. “Because you have an actor with Top Gun who is famous and great. And I can’t tell you how many movies he does before Top Gun,” he said.
“But we’re reviving the Pirates, so it’s easier to put together because you don’t have to wait for players,” Jerry said of the Jack Sparrow franchise. As previously confirmed by Jack, franchise main character Johnny Depp will not be a part of the sixth installment.
